East Coast Championships

The Melges East Coast Championship is scheduled for 4-5 November at RPAYC.

The event is run in conjunction with the RPAYC One Design & Sportsboat Series. You are all invited to also participate in the Summer, Autumn and Winter Regattas.
Melges East Coast Championship schedule of events
Regatta dates – 4 & 5 November, 2017 Not Earlier than 1000hrs – Waters of Pittwater
Close of entries – 1 November, 2017 late fee applies – Sailing Office
Race Briefing – Saturday 4 November, 2017 0830 hrs – Halyards
Presentation – Sunday 5 November, 2017 Post Racing – Halyards
Eligible boats must enter via the Top Yacht Online Entry system available at http://www.rpayc.com.au/yacht-racing/regatta-and-championships and pay the required fees no later than close of entries as per the schedule of events.
Boats must provide the RPAYC Sailing Office with a copy of the boat’s current AS Special Regulations Equipment Category 7 Audit Certificate, copy of the boat’s insurance policy coverage as per NoR 20 if not already held on file by the RPAYC and for SMS handicap scored entrants in accordance with ASBA constitution section 15.7, all entrants shall provide a valid SMS Measurement Certificate.
Certificates can be emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 02 9997 8620. Boats requiring an AS Cat 7 audit are requested to contact the RPAYC Sailing Office by 1600 hrs prior to the close of entries.
MARINA BERTHING AND HARD STAND FACILITIES
Berthing and hard stand facilities may be available either one day prior to and one day post the schedule regatta dates at no additional fee.
Facilities MUST be pre-booked by phoning Waterfront on 02 9998 3741 or firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the close of entries for each regatta.
Hardstand storage outside of this period will be subject to a $15 per day fee.
Marina or Mooring storage outside of this period will be subject to casual berthing rates.
